At CJFS, we believe living well and aging well are deeply connected. At every stage of life, having the right support makes all the difference.
Serving individuals and families from age 8 to 103, CJFS provides care that spans the entire lifespan. Our “Living Well” services strengthen emotional health and connection through counseling for all ages, fertility support, volunteer opportunities, and meaningful community engagement.
As people age, those same values of dignity, independence, and connection remain essential. “Aging Well” is where CJFS makes a profound impact through our Senior Solutions programs, including transportation assistance, our grocery delivery initiative, and CARES Respite, which supports individuals living with memory disorders and the families who love them.
