CJFS is here to find solutions that work for you and your family..

Our staff is unmatched in its ability to identify and address the needs of older adults and their families; to provide guidance, information, education and support services; and to act as a connection to family members and outside resources. Most importantly, we are caring, compassionate and professional.

CJFS Cares

A group respite program providing exercise, socialization and activities for people with movement and memory disorders such as Alzheimer's and Parkinson's. Individual and group caregiver support is free and available to all.

Senior Solutions

Support and guidance for families navigating the journey of aging.

Transportation

Affordable door-to-door transportation on our wheelchair-accessible Buz-A-Bus or one-on-one escorted transportation for doctor visits, shopping, etc.

Counseling

Confidential individual, couple and family therapy is available to help clients cope with change, loss or the stresses of everyday life.
