Caregiving can become part of life before you ever feel ready for it.

Maybe you’re beginning to notice changes in a parent or loved one. Maybe you’re already helping with appointments, medications or everyday decisions. Either way, knowing what comes next isn’t always easy.

Join CJFS and our community partners for When Caregiving Becomes Yours: A Community Conversation for Families, a free event offering practical guidance for families caring for someone they love.

Through clips from Caregiving, the documentary project from Executive Producer Bradley Cooper, and conversation with local experts, we’ll explore aging, memory changes, Parkinson’s disease, caregiver support, planning and community resources.

Come with your questions. Leave knowing where to turn and who to call.

Community Partners:
Alabama Public Television (APT) • Alzheimer’s of Central Alabama • Parkinson Association of Alabama • UAB iCar

This event is free, but registration is required.
