DESCRIPTION:At CJFS CARES (Caring for Adults through Respite\, Enrichment and Socialization) we understand the unique challenges faced by those living with movement and memory disorders such as Alzheimer’s\, dementia\, Parkinson’s\, or stroke. Our program is more than just a service; it’s a lifeline for participants and their caregivers. Designed to engage the mind\, body\, and spirit\, CJFS CARES offers a sanctuary of support\, enrichment\, and socialization. \nStrength in Community\, Joy in Connection \n\n\nHolistic Enrichment: Participants engage in activities like music and movement\, arts and crafts\, and brain games\, all thoughtfully designed to be cognitively\, physically\, and socially stimulating. \n\n\nRespite for Caregivers: While your loved one is enjoying their time at CARES\, you gain the precious opportunity to rest\, recharge\, and focus on your well-being. \n\n\n\nCJFS CARES is offered Mon–Thurs\, 10am–2pm \nFee is $45/day\, including a nutritious lunch \nClick here to visit\, enroll or learn more. \nOr contact Program Director\, Pam Leonardpam@cjfsbham.org or 205.879.3438
