Caring for an aging or ill family member can be stressful and exhausting, but also rewarding. We invite you to visit our CJFS Caregivers Support Group that meets on the 3rd Thursday of each month, from 1:00pm - 2:00pm. It is held in the library at the Friedman Center for Jewish Life. The group is designed to help provide an opportunity for caregivers to find mutual emotional support. Caregivers exchange coping skills, support and motivate one another, share community resources, and learn from experts in matters related to caregiving. Please see the brochure below to learn more about the monthly topics.
This is a free program and is open to the public.
Below, the Roth family describes how the CJFS Caregiver Support Group touched their lives during a family illness.
