Elaine Witt, Development and Outreach Director, joined CJFS in December, 2015. Elaine oversees outreach programs, fund development and activities that increase community awareness of CJFS and its services. A former journalist, Elaine has practiced public relations since 2005 and has earned the designation Accredited in Public Relations (APR). Elaine holds a Bachelor's Degree from New College at the University of Alabama.
Volunteer Coordinator and ESL Coordinator:
Jennifer Nemet joined CJFS in April 2016 as our Volunteer Coordinator. Jennifer has a strong connection to our community and a great love for CJFS. CJFS engages volunteers to meet the needs of our clients through several programs, such as, ESL- English as a second language, food pantry, bulk mailings, special events and many more. Communications and Marketing Coordinator:
Stephanie Sklar works directly with Development Director, Elaine Witt, to raise community awareness of CJFS through various modes of Communications and Marketing. She holds a Master's Degree in Education from Samford University. Stephanie joined the CJFS team in April of 2015.
Levoy Williams is the driver for the CJFS Buz-A-Bus Transportation Program. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Media Communications from the University of Montevallo. Levoy joined the Collat Jewish Family Services team in June 2012 and can be seen driving the Buz-A-Bus around town M-F.
