Caring for an aging or ill family member is stressful, exhausting and also rewarding. The CJFS Caregivers Support Group meets on the 3rd Wednesday of each month, from 6:00pm-7:30pm, in the LJCC Senior Lounge, providing an opportunity for caregivers to find mutual emotional support. Caregivers exchange coping skills, support and motivate one another, share community resources, and learn from experts in matters related to caregiving. Please see the brochure below to learn more about the monthly topics.
