Buz-A-Bus

Buz-A-Bus helps you maintain your independence by providing rides within a 5-mile radius of the Collat Jewish Family Services office on Montclair Road. The Buz-A-Bus 14-person passenger van is equipped with one wheelchair lift and is available to individuals who are 60+ and/or disabled.

Buz-A-Bus Hours of Operation:
Monday – Thursday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
Friday, 8:00 am to 3:30 pm

Appointment Line Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30 to 12 noon.
**Please allow three days in advance to schedule a ride.

Fees:
Annual Membership Fee: $30.00
$5.00 per one-way ride.
**Fees may be adjusted by the CJFS Social Services staff to accommodate those who are unable to pay the full fee. This service is handled confidentially.

Escorted Transportation

CJFS professionals provide private transportation services in our CJFS automobile. Our staff accompanies the rider as they attend appointments, shop, or run errands. This service is available for destinations outside the 5-mile bus service radius.

Fee:
$18 per hour.
